The Organic Wine Experience
After harvest, when the organic grapes are picked at their peak of ripeness, the grapes are taken eight miles down the road to a team of experienced winemakers. The team will evaluate the grape harvest and determine what is the best blend for this year’s grapes. The winemaker then starts the process of de-stemming, maceration, fermenting and bottling that will result in a robust full-bodied red table wine, Farrm Red, as well as a rose.
The wine will taste great and each sip will remind you of your unique wine experience. “Every bottle has a story!”
